Before You Book

What We Accept

Please review the list below before submitting a pickup request. All items must be in good, clean, usable condition .

We Accept

Beds, bed frames, and mattresses in good condition

Sofas, loveseats, and armchairs — no tears or stains

Dining tables, chairs, and desk furniture

Dressers, wardrobes, and storage units

Kitchen items — cookware, dishes, utensils, small appliances

Linens, towels, and bedding in clean condition

Lamps, mirrors, and decorative household items

Shelving units and bookcases

We Cannot Accept

Items with bed bugs, mould, or pest damage of any kind

Broken, cracked, or structurally unsafe furniture

Heavily stained, torn, or soiled upholstery

Large appliances — fridges, stoves, washers, dryers

Electronics, TVs, or computers

Clothing or personal items

Books, magazines, or media

Children's car seats or safety equipment

How Pickup
Works

Fill Out the Form

Tell us what items you have, your address, and your preferred pickup date and time window.

We Confirm With You

Our team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the pickup date and any details.

We Come to You

Our team arrives at your address, carries the items out, and loads them safely — you don't need to lift a thing.

Items Find a Home

Your donated furniture is cleaned, inspected, and delivered to a family in need across Peel Region.

Pickups are available across Brampton, Mississauga, and Caledon. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, include your address in the form and we will confirm. Drop-offs are also welcome at our warehouse: 5004 Timberlea Blvd, Unit 20-22, Mississauga.
