Who Can
Access Our Services?
You may be eligible for free furniture if you fall into one of the following categories. All services are available to Peel Region residents.
Moving Into Permanent Housing
You have recently secured a permanent housing unit through a shelter, transitional program, outreach, or community support and need furniture to set up your home.
Currently in Transitional or Provisional Housing
You are in a shelter, transitional housing, motel, rooming house, or couch-surfing situation and are awaiting or seeking permanent housing.
At Imminent Risk of Homelessness
Your current housing is ending within two months, no subsequent residence has been identified, and you are at risk of homelessness.
Referred by a Support Agency
You have a referral from a shelter, housing worker, outreach team, hospital, or community organization working in Peel Region.
How to Access Furniture
Furniture access is coordinated through agency referrals to ensure we serve those with the greatest need. Follow these steps:

Your Front Door
Referral Submitted
Your support agency submits a referral with your housing and household details to our team.
Needs Assessed
We complete a Basic Needs Assessment to understand exactly what items your household requires.
Package Prepared
Our team prepares a tailored package of pest-free, cleaned furniture from our Mississauga warehouse.
Free Delivery
Items are delivered directly to your home across Peel Region at absolutely no cost to you.

Give Your Furniture
a Second Life
We accept donations of gently used, pest-free furniture from community members, businesses, and faith organizations . Your donated items go directly to families who need them .
What We Accept
We cannot accept: Items with bed bugs, mold, or significant damage; large appliances (fridges, stoves, washers); broken or non-functional items .
